Three Stages of Amazement by Carol Edgarian.. Truly San Francisco frolic, complete with venture capital demonic uncle and the clash of dreams and ideals in a journalist surgeon couple that is well, much more interesting to read than it sounds here. Plenty of plot, but it’s in the details that this books sings.
